3.1 Service Providers

Stripe: We use Stripe to process subscription payments. Stripe collects and processes your payment information according to their privacy policy. We do not have access to your complete credit card information. If your payment fails, Stripe will attempt to process payment up to 3 times over 14 days before your subscription is cancelled.

Render: We use Render as our hosting provider. Your data is stored on Render's servers in a PostgreSQL database. Render's security and privacy practices apply to the data stored on their infrastructure.

3.2 Aggregated and Anonymized Data

We may share aggregated, anonymized data that does not identify you or your specific account, operation, or business with: - Business partners - Researchers - Industry organizations - Other third parties for commercial purposes

This aggregated data may include regional breeding trends, seasonal patterns, and other insights derived from user data but will never identify individual users or farms.

3.3 Future Data Sharing

As we develop our business model, we may share data with additional third parties, including: - Analytics and tracking service providers (such as Google Analytics) - Business intelligence platforms - Industry partners and other service providers

If your subscription lapses due to non-payment or cancellation, we will retain your data for 90 days to allow you to reactivate your account. After 90 days, we reserve the right to delete your data.

4.3 Account Deletion

If you request deletion of your account, we will delete your personal information and breeding data within 90 days of your request.

4.4 Exceptions

Aggregated, anonymized data that cannot identify you may be retained indefinitely.

  • Using encryption for passwords and sensitive data transmission
